I am Josh Lamoureux, owner and tattoo artist at inktender studio.

 

I started tattooing in 2008 in Edmonton, Alberta. I moved to Calgary in 2017. In 2018, I opened inktender studio as a private, by appointment only studio. 

 

inktender is focused on providing a clean, professional, sterile and private environment. My goal is for each client to have the best experience possible while being tattooed. In my opinion, nothing beats having your own personal room, clean environment, and customizable experience while being tattooed.

 

Doing large scale tattoos is a huge passion of mine but I really love getting to do tattoos of all sizes and styles. My favourite tattoo styles to work in are Biomech, Illustrative, and realism. I try to make my tattoos as dynamic as I can and to create a great sense of depth throughout the piece.

 

I am always more than happy to take on new pieces and try new exciting things to help make your tattoo stand out above the rest.

I am proud to say that inktender currently two other exceptional tattoo artists in the studio, Johnny Le and Jimmy Munkaspeni. Both Johnny and Jimmy strive to do their best work everyday with the goal of providing consistently clean, detailed and beautiful tattoos.
